Volunteer Information
Each event requires anywhere from 300 to 2500 volunteers in order to run smoothly.
Benefits of volunteering with the Canada Running Series:
- Transportation is provided for groups with over 25 volunteers
- A food pack for every volunteer
- A free volunteer shirt
- We can provide a demonstration/training session at the volunteer group location (school, running club, etc.)
- A great way to give back to the community and receive your community service hours needed to graduate high school
“The transportation was more than we expected. We usually get a thank
you letter and card for our work. This positive feedback is more than words can say and...
it's beyond positive! It just shows us that your organization appreciates our time and effort
and... it feels good : )”
— Lisa Tai, Harbord C.I. Key Club Volunteer Leader
