Duplicate Registrations

If you have accidentally registered yourself twice, we can refund one registration minus a $5.25 service fee to cover credit card processing costs. Email with the name of the registrant and the desired change. Deadline for changes is Midnight Monday September 7.

Cancelling Due to Injury

Entry fees will not be refunded or reimbursed. You can elect to cancel your entry and receive a code good for 50% off the 2016 Modo Spring Run-Off 8k. Code will be issued once and cannot be deferred a second time. Email with the name of the registrant and the desired change. Deadline for changes is Midnight Monday September 7.

Gifting your entry to another person

You can have the name of the registrant changed to another person for a $10 fee. No refunds or reimbursements will be issued. The name of the registrant and associated details will be transferred to the new person. Email with the details of your registration, plus name, email and phone number of the new registrant, asking to gift your entry. Deadline for changes is Midnight Monday September 7.

No changes will be facilitated at the Runners' Expo.

Our bib printing process starts on September 8. At that time the data is pulled from the registration system. The bib numbers are then printed with your registration details, your name on the bib and your medical information associated with them. Any changes after the September 7 date can result in errors in that data, not allowing our medical team to provide for you in need.

Ring-spun blended t-shirts are available in Unisex & Female sizing (S to XL). Shirts distributed first come, first serve, and must be picked up at Packet Pickup.

Elite Hosting

We do not accept emails or telephone calls. Only applications submitted through the online elite application form are considered, but please note we do NOT issue invitations for athletes requiring a VISA to attend this event. All athletes must have run on a certified course since January 1, 2014.

An Elite Athlete application does NOT guarantee entry. All applications must be approved by the CRS Race Director and Elite Athlete Coordinator. Sub-elite applications may receive a discounted entry and preferred starting position, with the Open and Masters Athletes.

Best efforts will be made to inform applicants the first of each month and the day after the application deadline.

As a participant of this year's event you will receive an email invitation to the Virtual Race Bag prior to the event giving you access to the bag. In the race bag you will find an array of valuable information including our official event guide, exclusive offers, coupons, giveaways, and messages from our sponsors.

But wait, there's more! Immediately after the event, the race bag updates to include race results. Now participants will receive another email invitation to visit their 'results bag' and also have a final opportunity to take advantage of the offers and goodies before the bag closes.
