You know you feel better after a vigorous run, jog or walk, so come for a group training run and walk on July 28 starting in the Beaches' Kew Gardens. Enjoy the camaraderie of others while getting a good workout. This could be the start of a beautiful thing!
Whether you're a seasoned runner or fitness walker or 'getting back into it', this workout will be good for you. Your choice of 5k, 10k or 20k — all routes head out the same direction. Read more in Run Info.
The emphasis is on fun and fundraising, and the opportunity to have a large group tune up run for the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon (42k, 21k and 5k) on October 20.
