Montreal Ronald McDonald House
The Montreal Ronald McDonald House is a temporary residence for out-of-town (more than 70 km) families of children with critical illnesses who must travel to Montreal for medical treatments. Parents can stay at the House, sometimes for extended periods, in a comfortable family atmosphere. They are close to their child and can help him or her through the entire period of treatment. The House is truly a "home away from home" for families that are far away from their own home. It is run by the FONDATION DES AMIS DE L'ENFANCE (Montreal) inc., an independent non-profit organization.
