Dear Fellow Runners,
Five weeks to go to “M-Day” -- I hope we’re all hanging
in as we approach the crunch, both in terms of the build to the crescendo
of your training over the next 3 weeks, and ditto for us in organizing
in the office?
There’s so much to do, I’ll keep this week’s Journal short.
However, DO click on the links above and check out the
terrific 2010 finishers’ medals and very attractive souvenir-style bib
numbers. They really came out GREAT and all so much a part of a memorable
experience on September 26th.
Speaking of souvenirs, BROOKS will be introducing some new
fashion-oriented, Official Merchandise apparel very soon, for rewards
that will keep us motivated for the final push. Keep an eye on

NEXT week, we’ll have the first of several MAJOR announcements
for STWM weekend, including a stunning Programme for our over-arching
2010 theme; some of the top international athletes now confirmed for the
Start Lists – will we see new fastest-ever times on Canadian soil for
women as well as men this year? ; and we’ll have a new 2010 “Pick
the Champions” contest, where you can vote online to select the
top 3 men’s and women’s finishers in this year’s race. It’s free to vote,
you can vote as many times as you like, and you can win a Trip for 2 to
your favourite CRS2011 race.
