Three ways to enter:

1. Online Registration (now closed)

The easiest way to enter, with instant confirmation. Open until midnight on Tuesday, March 4th, 2008, or when the cap of 1600 runners is reached.

2. By Mail: (now closed)

Complete a paper entry form (PDF, 900 KB), remembering to sign the waiver, and mail to RCP International, 176-1917 W 4th Ave., Vancouver, BC V6J 1M7. Please make cheques payable to RCP International. Entries must be postmarked by February 20th.

Mail in registration fee is $50. All registrants will receive a technical t-shirt.

3. In Person:

Friday, March 7th between 4-8pm and Saturday, March 8th between 10am-5pm at Running Room, 679 Denman St.; and at the run site at Lumbermen's Arch, Stanley Park on Sunday morning from 8:30am to 9:45am.

In person registration fee is $50. All registrants will receive a technical t-shirt.

Runners' Packet Pick-Up & Late Registration

Friday, March 7th between 4-8pm and Saturday, March 8th between 10am-5pm at Running Room, 679 Denman St.

Run Day Registration (if cap is not reached in the 8k before race morning) and Packet Pick-up

At the run site at Lumbermen's Arch, Stanley Park on Sunday morning from 8:30am to 9:45am. Remember to set your clock forward the night before, for Daylight Saving Time.

Chip Timing

Pick up your timing chip at the Winning Time Tent on the morning of the run. You must have a chip (worn properly) in order to have a recorded time.
No Chip = No Time, No Exceptions.
