BC Paraplegic Association

BC Paraplegic Association

The British Columbia Paraplegic Association (BCPA) helps British Columbians with a spinal cord injury (or related disability) and their families, adjust, adapt and thrive by providing answers, information and unique community experiences.

People with a spinal cord injury (SCI) can often become isolated, inactive, depressed and unaware of opportunities available to them. Through BCPA's two core programs, the Provincial Peer Program and Information Services, individuals with a SCI (or related disability) have access to information they need, and become part of a vibrant and supportive SCI community.

"BCPA is the 'go to' place for information and support from people who really know what you're going through and how to help you get back into real living. BCPA has people who can really help because they have 'been there'". — BCPA Peer Member.
