Team Information
Would you like to register your group to run in the 5k and Half-Marathon,
use our online registration form (now closed) to register your group. The group
can be any combination of 5k or Half-Marathon participants from
10 to 50 people.
Event fees are based on how many people are participating in
each event. Half-marathon team members receive technical shirts,
5k members receive cotton shirts.
There are no time based awards or formal team competition at this time.

TEAM REGISTRATION
How do I register my team?
Click

are non-refundable and non-transferable.
How many members can we have in a team?
Teams must be a minimum of 10, up to a maximum of 50.
Can some of my team register in the 5K and the rest in
the Half-Marathon?
Yes! Teams can feature mixed participants. The new team fees are
based on which event the individual is participating in and when
they register (see above for registration deadlines).
How much is it to register a team?
Team fees are listed near the top of this page.
Do we save money by registering as a team?
Yes, you save money when you register as a team. The team discount
is a one-time discount, applicable only at the time of registration.
Unfortunately the team fees cannot be applied to additional team
runners. To be eligible for the team discount, you are advised
to ensure that your registration is complete and includes all
team members.
Can I switch team members or add team members?
If you need to switch a team member, please email
svhm@canadarunningseries.com.
Please note that this will incur a $10 administrative fee to cover
the costs associated with making this change. If you have registered
your team and want to add additional team member(s), the additional
runner(s) must be registered as individual(s) but can still participate
in all team fundraising and activities. (See Registration page
for individual fees.) If there are at least 10 additional runners,
you can sign up the new runners as a second team.
Will we have a choice between a cotton t-shirt and technical
shirt?
No. This year, all 5K participants will receive a cotton t-shirt
and all Half-Marathon participants will receive a technical shirt.
No upgrades to technical shirts permitted.
Where and when do we submit our team logo?
We do not print team logos on the shirts for those who register as a group. This way we can
provide all of the half-marathon participants with the quality New Balance technical garment.
Where and when can I pick up my team's race packets?
All team participants must pick up their packets individually
at packet pick up. See Run Details for dates, times and locations.
