RunTOBeer + Canada Running Series Beer Training Runs!

RunTOBeer

Join us for a run along the Toronto Waterfront 10k route, then hang out with your fellow runners while enjoying some food and beer. Meet old friends, make new ones, ask questions and get helpful tips, advice and inspiration to make the Toronto Waterfront 10k your best race ever!

These runs are free open to all, but space is limited! Please sign-up to secure your spot for the following training runs.

Responsibility of Runners

Pacing

Pacers will be provided for the front, middle and back of the pack and no one will be left behind. We recommend you keep your effort to 70-75% of you max, at a pace that allows you to speak in a conversational way.
