Join us at the Nissan Toronto Ten-Miler & 5K featuring Toronto's only 10-mile race. The race starts early to beat the heat, the courses are flat and we're at a fantastic venue, The Historic Distillery, on Mill St. near Parliament & Front St. The Ten-Miler is the perfect tune-up for the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon or Half.

Loco Zydeco

Loco Zydeco is a 6 person, high energy, Canadian Zydeco band, based in Toronto, Ontario. Blending Traditional and Modern Zydeco, Loco Zydeco has created their own unique take on Louisiana's most exciting musical export, debuting at the Toronto International BBQ & Blues Festival, July 12th, 2002.

Loco Zydeco independently released their first album, "Yeah, you right, eh!" in the fall of 2003, enjoying commercial, community and college radio play across North America. In 2005, the group signed with flamingcheese records, and their second album, "This Great White North, Eh!" was released in the fall of 2006.

Loco Zydeco

Since their debut, Loco Zydeco has wowed crowds at festivals across Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick. The group also performs at private, corporate, specialty and sporting events, clubs, bars and Mardi Gras-themed events throughout Ontario. Their set list includes original Zydeco, covers of well known traditional and contemporary Zydeco and their own Zydeco interpretations of popular mainstream.
