How your support will make a real difference
The Canadian Cancer Society is dedicated to fighting men's cancers. The reason is simple — over 26,400 men are diagnosed with prostate or testicular cancer and nearly 5,000 will die of men's cancers each year. We all know these men — they are our fathers, brothers, husbands, sons and friends.
Your support will:
- Fund groundbreaking research that will save more lives
- Help drive men living with cancer to their cancer treatment
- Offer support and information to men facing a cancer diagnosis and their families
- Ensure men find their cancer early by encouraging them to get screened
- Stop men's cancer before it starts by promoting healthy living and educating men about risk factors
The good news is that through research much progress has been made. Our efforts in prevention, screening and research have resulted in a decline in cancer death rates, however, there is still much more work to be done. Join us in the fight. Progress is made one donation at a time.
